DO THE RIGHT THING: the scene "more than black" about Prince and Michael Jackson, Michael Jordan, and Bruce Springsteen" ...Mookie is confronting Turturro's character about how all his idols are black but he still calls folks 'n###s" (or something like that)... he confronts him with the fact that all his heroes are black. To which he creates some apologist thing... "they're MORE THAN black"

Also, the funniest one I remember from being a kid.... (though I didn't get the dirtiness of it until much later) was in the TV SHOW... ANIMANIACS.

A melange of everything, anyways, paraphrasing it... Yakko asks DOT if she got any evidence?

Y: Any evidence?
Dot: No.

Y: Fingerprints?

Dot: (holding Prince in cartoon form)....."eeew" (something along the lines of that)

pretty gross...but considering Prince was reknowned for what was PERCEIVED as sexually deviantish lyrics, I guess it was natural at the time.

Finger Prints....finger Prince.....(verb form)

In the movie, Romeo must Die. The charater Trish O'Day played by the late Aaliyha has a poster of Prince hanging on her childhood bedroom wall. When Anthony Anderson played as Maurice came in the room and saw the poster of Prince and said "girl i knew you were a freak"

In the first teaser trailer to the new season of Doctor Who, I believe last April, the new companion is wearing a Purple Rain-styled t-shirt. It was filmed before P died, but I think first screened a few days after.

Cult film called Fast Forward, there was a Prince poster feature.

Waiting to Exhale the girls went to a club and the song Head was playing.

Girl 6 Prince's songs played throughout the movie.

Bonus-Diff'rent Strokes one episode played I wanna Be Your Lover and another episode played Controversy.

There's a prince mention in the Michael Jackson movie Moonwalker.little MJ's ask his bodyguards what bubbles is wearing and they reply to him that bubbles is wearing a Prince t shirt.
Also, prince is mentioned in Jay and Silent Bob strike back. Jay and silent bob are outside the store singing "jungle love" and these stoners ask jay what's he's singing .then they say "oh that prince movie? That shit was so gay" then jay and silent Bob grab them by their shirt collar and tell them not to ever say anything bad related to the Time

In the same film there's a scene in a strip-club with Gett Off playing in the background. Bruce Willis makes a comment about the kind of music in this joint being funk shit
lol Now I see why Prince didn't do The Fifth Element.

It seemed like every Bruce Willis movie in the 80s had his character say how much he hated rap or funk. LOL
