Favorite Purple Cameos or Collaborations

This has probably been done a million times, but since I'm new here.....

What are you favorite cameos or collaborations?

I especially enjoyed his collaboration in Stevie Wonder's come back album where he did guitar on What the Fuss and Janelle Monae's recent album on Giving Em What They Love.

A bit farther back there's the Kate Bush collaboration that always seems to catch my ear.

That really is the mother of all collaborations isn't it? Especially that live version circulating on YouTube.

That live version from 1986 was from Sheila's Romance 1600 Live VHS, which really deserves a re-release on its own. It was filmed in San Fran if I'm not mistaken.

One of my favorite and way under-the-radar collaborations is with Ms Dale Bozzio (Missing Persons). Mr/Dr PRN worked with her on her first solo album Riot in English which was released on Paisley Park Records in 1988. According to PrinceVault, "One of the tracks, So Strong was written and recorded by Prince.

His sound is all over this album.

His appearances on the Muppets Show and New Girl are both really cool.
