Yes but it didn't come across like DN did. The demo of tick tick bang is better as well IMO.

I agree. I prefer the 1981 version too, but the GB version isn't that bad!

Prince wanted to do a lot of things with Graffiti Bridge that he never accomplished.

Simply a disaster.

A highly embarassing clip for one of his worst songs ever.

I don’t hate the later version, but the original is far superior in my opinion… a completely different beast. It almost sounds like early 80s Throbbing Gristle. In fact, it would be one of the first tracks I’d like to see given an official release.

I had to hear the 1981 version before I could stand the GB version but now I'm quite fond of it, I think it's pretty decent. Totally different beast to the 1981 though obviously.

It's so cheesy, I love it. I can watch that performance over and over again.
The movie is cringeworthy, but it works as a collection of musicvideos. I always skip the dialogues and only watch the performances.

I watched GB earlier today and saw Tick Tick Bang and oh yeah it's nothing like Darling Nikki. He does look sexy in some parts of this performance. I was just wondering today why he chose this as the battle song against the Time in that movie. Wrong move Kid.
