I think Donald Trump is the proof there is no creator.

Or maybe it's the ultimate proof,
and that can only mean the end is near. biggrin

“All of my musicality comes from God". Even if you do not believe in God, if Prince himself attributes his talent and creativity to God, who is anyone else to say otherwise?

Anyone who believes some imaginary man in the sky is responsible for Prince must also say the same of Fergie, Justin Bieber & Courtney Love.

In other words, you're full of shit.

Prince was blessed with genetics, talent, perseverance & luck. Not divine intervention.

and Ed Gein, or Josef Fritzel and Hitler every child killing paedophile ever too...

Or y ucan just admit, like LPY says, it's all bullshit.

Yep, but as obsessive as some here are about Prince, they're bound to be equally obsessive about other things, like their belief in fairy tales about an powerful creator who just happens to ignore all the evil & destruction in the world, while at the same time, had a spare moment to zap a short black musician into being.

He doesn't ignore all evil, he allows it. It's called free will. If God stepped in to stop every evil act, we would just be puppets with no free will and would never learn from our mistakes and "good" would mean nothing if there was no "evil". It's because we have the option to do either good or evil that doing good actually means something. God is outside of time and space so he has all the time in the world to zap countless of creations into being.

Everyone. Prince lived in the real world, he is subject to the laws of physics.

If you're happy to call god a child rapist and murderer, who's responsible for every single one of the depraved acts on earth, is personally responsible for all the starvation and misery, cancer, MND and every horrific illness, and he is willfully responsible as a sopposedly omnipotent being then I'm happy to say that if someone provides conclusive, measureable, repeatable proof that god exists then I'd be happy to change my mind.

Damn, man. Just listen to The Question of U.

Crank it all the way up or listen to it on low. That dude, man...

Every sound was in place from the dissonant flute to the flurry of keyboard notes toward the end.

Never again!

I'm just sitting here thinking about tracks from his career.

I used to listen to this track laying on the floor of my room and had my stereo speaker next to me on both side of my head. I didn't own headphones. I'd crank it up as loud as I could and figured I'd worry about the hearing loss later. It was worth it.
