Not seen it before. Can't see a WB logo. Could it simply be a Far East of South American bootleg? (there were many).

fan30years	My first thought was it's a over seas bootleg, has a footptint Logo or some kind of PROMO, but non the less it is unique, Can not find WB anywhere [Edited 1/7/17 11:35am] [Edited 1/7/17 11:37am]
