I respect Van SO much.. he takes every opportunity to praise and glorify the Kind and generous PERSON Prince was. His words are sincere and and he never USES Prince to highlight any personal agenda..
and Of course...there are his collection of Purple Ties..
He never seems to be without one....

Wow. I just spent the last 45 minutes watching this vid and lots of others with Van. He truly loved Prince and his pain is very real. Props to Van. | |

This morning (Jan 3rd, 2017) she was talking about how her kids were impressed that (someone) knew their idols...and she said "that was like Prince and the Revolution coming to MY house!"

Kelly Ripa was a teen on a dance show similar to American Bandstand back in the early-to-mid 80's (I don't remember the name of the show right now) and she was a HUGE Prince fan. Anytime one of his songs came on she was right there jamming to it!

I totally dig Vans dedication and heartfelt emotions for Prince Too bad Van is a complete political nut job The greatest live performer of our times was is and always will be Prince.
