"Miss him" does not feel like the right words for me, I still have a weird physical pain, and it is not solely because he is gone, it's the way he left. it feels incorrect as if the universe simply got it wrong, made a mistake, and now it is an irreparable err, no solving this problem, no returning to our previous axis, forever off center...and for some inexplicable reason, his leaving has made me less happy in my life, less happy with my choices, less satisfied...and most of my pain is nostalgic for him and for myself, it has all gone so fast, and I felt pretty happy and proud and satisfied for the most part before, now I routinely question how I have spent my life...go figure...I still don't get any of this...

I understand how you feel . My thoughts are similar. Maybe we are depressed. Maybe it's a normal part of grief sometimes and maybe it will get better slowly but surely

I wish Jesus would come back now and make all things new. And Prince's death does make everything feel kinda " off" . I can't explain it either. That's one reason I think someone did something wrong to him is because of the feeling that something isn't right

I know that's right. At least he was spared having to live in a President Trump world. You know it would have been painful for him too.

.

But yes I am coming to terms with his passing more lately as well....less tears but of course makes me sad whenever I think of it. He did lead an amazing life though and he really made the most of it.

Me too! I wish Jesus would come back and make everything alright again. I knew something wasn't right the day he died; I suspect foul-play. Usually when you trust your gut-instincts, you are right.

I know!! He was much, much too young!! I mean, look how incredibly gorgeous and handsome he was at age 57!! Sorry, I know that might sound vain, but you know what I'm saying.

What helps me find some peace is to remember how much joy he brought everyone in this world through his music, his charity, and his beautiful self and the thought/hope that he must have realized it. Though I don't think he intended to die that day I feel like he must have felt he lived his life the best he could and did a lot of good for many, many people in many different ways. That's all any of us can hope for for ourselves. I hope he felt that too. The way it happened continues to break my heart, and of course all the above doesn't keep me from sobbing from time to time, but it does help me cope a bit.

Admission is easy, just say you believe and come to this place in your heart... <3

I hope it helps, cloveringold85. It really is what I try to think about when I get sad. I hope he truly realized what he did for us all. His life was his music, and he shared his life with us more than any of us could have ever asked for.

It does, but it's still hard. And, everything that is going on with his estate and the ongoing investigation makes it all too unsettling for me. We have to ask God for his strength during these difficult times and his patience -- LOTS of patience!!

I've been holding this back for a couple of weeks and overdue to share. I've been a Christian for about 7 years. I've prayed hundreds or maybe thousands of times n my lifetime. There has only been maybe 5 times in all those prayers that God spoke to me an almost audible voice, meaning I rarely ever hear God speak to me that way. So a couple of weeks ago I'm prayed to God for justice for Prince like have many times before but this time I am just pleading with all my heart and God said"IN DUE TIME". I am surprised God spoke to me concerning Prince because Prince is like a sin for me in a way. But my point hear is that God will execute justice for Prince.

He already has. It just hasn't been revealed publically yet. The police already conducted the biggest Fentenyl sting operation in Minnesota history just recently. I'm very hopeful. I hope you all are as well. Enjoy your week!

As I always say "It's in God's hands now." We have to have faith and trust in Him, and he will do what is right and just. We must be patient.

Thank you for that... angel I do occasionally think about all the good he did (and then I start to bawl again) But it does bring me some peace tho. I just hope he knows how much we all miss him.

Sweet wind blew
Not a moment to soon.
I cry when I realized
That sweet wind was you.

Wow, Olivia. I believe you 100% - and I completely relate to what you're saying too, about praying about Prince etc.
Thanks for sharing this. 💜
