The person putting that equipmeant up for sale is not going to say it was stolen!!! If you want to believe that some items showing up at these auctions are not stolen you can keep living in your fantasy world. Prince mentioned in the Ebony interview about people stealing items. Alan Leeds said tapes were stolen and Dave his engineer is discussing finding the equipment at Paisley Park had been vandalized. My comments are not as baseless has you seem to think. When I met Prince in the early nineties, after the show when they got back to the hotel, whilst we were at the aftershow gathering, we heard that his room had been ransacked and he had been robbed. ( wasn't me lol before anyone asks) I think he said in an interview that a lot of his things got stolen. It is such a shame that his possessions are ending up at auction sites for people to make money off, instead of being at Paisley Park where they rightly belong. | |

No way! I was trying to figure out what type of Datsun and was hoping it was a "Z"...I used to own a pair of '76 "z's"..how cool! To this day, I have an affinity for those cars, they were a bad ass ride and hauled ass...no plastic crap sports cars like they have around today. The only thing was that it only came with "telescoptic" steering, and the seat didn't pull up very far...I'm only 5', and I could barely reach the pedals, being both were stick shifts (curious how P drove that as well? he wasn't much taller than I am Where did you find/figure out it was a Z, being it was not on the title?? | |
