Is it really Tommy Barbarella talking on Continental song?

The song Contintental song from the O(-+> album. The following lyrics:

Hand 2 hand (hand 2 hand)

One 2 one (one 2 one)

Let me do ya, do ya, do ya, do ya... how U wanna be done!

So yeah, the brackets - sounds a guy with a deep voice (not Prince). In the 3 Chains O' Gold movie, they show Prince and the NPG performing the song. Keyboardist Tommy Barbarella is leaning on Prince as he talks (hand 2 hand) and (one 2 one).

Was it really Tommy or Prince using an altered vocoder?
