If folks are having issues with the other thread loading, that's because it is graphic intensive. Has nothing to do with it being a new or old thread. When you post 100 animated gifs on a single page, it is going to crash your browser if you have a crappy computer.

The other option is this:

Clear your browser's cache. The original thread will load just fine after that.

Lastly, "Since Prince's passing" has always been a misleading thread title -- since 99.9% of the photos posted have been seen before his passing.

Again, no problem with this thread or the one that is 200 pages long. What I'm trying to say is that opening a new thread isn't going to resolve the issue. Once a page is full of photos and animated gifs, users are going to experience the same thing as one person is experiencing on the other thread. Simply clear your browser's cache, and everything will be fine.

When you click "reply", there is a link called "code help" on the left hand side of the field you're replying in -- just underneath the emoticons. You can post a photo that way, as long as the image is already on the internet.

If it is not already on the internet, you can upload photos on tinypic.com or photobucket.com or some other image website.

I'd be amazed if any photo posted in this thread, wasn't already posted at least 3 times in the other thread...

For it to work on the site, it should end in .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, etc.
