Great article -- Prince's "no contracts" Musicology Superbowl

.

Buried in the deep mine of all the articles written three months or so ago, is this gem. Lots of great details about the man -- and how worried he was about the SuperBowl performance that he had been "scared" before the reviews started coming in.

I think it was cute how he jumped up and down then started playing the guitar for them.

He was nothing but a kid at heart.

wink True. I have heard a story where he was playing a track he had just created and was dancing around the studio and singing. He had a lot of real joy in what he did.

Haha, Prince acting like a kid. That is pretty cute. I would likely have died laughing.

Great interview. Anyone know why they referred to him as "The Artist"? I thought he changed his name back to Prince in 2000? confused
