That photo, it turns out, graced the cover of one of Prince‘s singles last year, and since everyone in the media and beyond has been paying tributes to the late legend, there’s no better time to bring that single back up.

In fact, today on Today, it was revealed that she had declined an offer to go visit him in Minnesota this weekend.

She explained that it was “a private picture,” not one that had been made available on her social media channels. Then, she admitted that she sent him photos regularly to get his fashion advice, so the sending of a selfie wasn’t out of character in their relationship.

It seems like if we go by what she said, Prince saw her as someone he could talk to about girly stuff.
She says he has a reputation of being a controlling person, which he's not. But he is telling her how to dress and style her hair via the phone. And sends her a song he intends for her to use for her show(I almost forgot about that)

Well she was his friend, and after the plane incident, according to Drfunkenberry, she was one of the people he asked to come to Paisley Park, that weekend he gave the last party there, and she couldn't make it, so imagine how she feels, knowing she couldn't be there when he called, and then he passes a few days later.

He was talking 2 Apollonia as well. She was calling him about his health and talked to him about flying out to see about him. She wrote some stuff about it on her face book.
