His support of women really was phenomenon. Leads me to think that much of the "sexiness" was staged which may have shocked "the girlfriends and wives" whilst his demands that they succeed was too much pressure and led to fights. Sometimes having a psychology background really sucks...not sure if m projecting or wishing. Either way Prince heroic efforts to encourage women is/was definitely appreciated. More male stars need to follow his example. And that dance with Misty is magnificent...perfection.

With the excess of "women issues" in the media, you would think that this aspect of Prince would be acknowledged and presented more. But that is positive and positive doesnt sell nowadays. It is easier and more profitable to spectulate on what dope Prince was on and how many times the cops were called to the Park.

Cool.. Love that Prince did these things behind the scenes. It means he had his own positive world, his own Secret Garden that no-one else was part of except those closest to him. That ballet with Misty and the Beautiful Ones was gorgeous. I remember watching it at the time. There wasn't anything Prince wasn't courageous enough to try. What a guy... But also damn naughty for not taking his health seriously.

With all the philanthroptic work that's coming to light, we need to build a national memorial for Prince.

I've never been to Minneappolis, but I would think nothing short of a decent-sized statue would suffice. No, not some plaque - statue. Prince standing on the LoveSymbol, doves, etc.
