I dunno.......... Prince had mentioned on the George Lopez show that a lot of his things had been stolen...........

That's not one of Prince's cloud guitars, it's one of the mass produced clouds sold in the NPG stores. Some people are like Slinkies...

Yeah this looks like a guitar produced for retail, sold at the NPG store or whatever.
