I swear I didn't dream this. Even Conde Nast's London showroom don't have any copies.

Hopefully shipping isn't too much. I've ordered from across the water before at amazon.co.uk and the shipping almost doubled the cost of the DVD I was buying. Plus, you never know what condition it will arrive in. I've ordered vinyl from Amazon, and I'll just say I never will again.

They don't ship to the UK - and the other sellers that will ship, it's a hefty shipping fee being charged.

I might do a one man protest about its unavailability outside the Conde Nast London offices.

You would think they'd send a copy or two to the UK. Have you tried contacting them? Offer to buy a few copies. Or 20. You can always sell them on craigslist -- or give them to friends. That's frustrating they don't ship to the UK. There should only be one Amazon website in my opinion. People should be able to order from anywhere.
