For me, any album he puts out I usually don't like, for a good long while. It doesnt click, AOA i loved. It sounded so much like his older music. The album was sad, I thought for sure I would hear something like "prince is sick" "prince is dying" "prince is going to retire" It all sounded like a goodbye.

Yeah..He had 2 HitnRuns releases after AOA....
So, people seem to be looking for something.... The last is the last....Not 2 before the last.
But, I understand the need to find something....
I can find something in "4ever" from "LotusFlower", or his last SNL performance of "Mars", and changing "Another Love" to challenge all the chatter from his ex-associates, employees, fans, and lovers.
..but, those are my opinions

I listened to "A.O.A" for the first time in a while and it was kind of chilling. As everyone has mentioned, the lyrical content on reflection and closure does make you think. Did he know something then that he didn't want to speak about? Interesting.

i've already said it many times, I happen to believe artists are in touch with the spirit world. Prince either knew on a soul level or on a conscious level. He knew. In fact, maybe he would have thought that was his last album.
