Regardless of if you think she is cashing in or not, this is about her heartfelt letter. That is what this thread is about. The cruise talk is in another thread. I believe her words are sincere. She actually posted this letter back in April on her website and is just now reposting it to her facebook. Her words were sincere then and I believe they are still true which is why she posted it again. Beautiful words. I don't want to read it again because I know I'll cry but I think that this letter came from the heart. I truly do. <3 | |

To be fair I saw Sheila E's Latin Cruise being advertised well before Prince's death because I just went on a cruise and thought about going on hers. I suspect the Prince Tribute was tacked on after his death but that doesn't make it a cheap money grab. Looking at the live Love Bizarre video today I was reminded of the unique chemistry they had onstage. She talked about their relationship in her biography and he was her musical soulmate.
