I can see Prince putting a lot of emotion into Let It Be.

The Beatles were shit and Prince doing a cover would be even shitter.

agree.

THE BEATLES and ELVIS are the most mediocre, overrated musicians of all time.

The Beatles is the biggest act there ever was and ever will be.. thats the truth.. wink

They are by miles and miles better than Prince, far more impact on the music world..... and far more classic songs, their song writing was and is unique, so were their sound on Rubber Soul and forth.....

The Beatles > Prince sorry but thats the truth, every "neutral" person in their right mind knows that....

Prince is still good of course.... (he was in the 80s/90s = more like 1980-1995)

Miles

Actually a Lennon solo track, but if Prince did Lennon's God live with a big guitar solo, he could tear the roof off.

A dream of course, as Prince's beliefs would presumably make the lyrics unacceptable to him sad .

Would be cool if tweaked the lyrics near the end though to something like -

I don't believe in Kings
I don't believe in Elvis
I don't believe in Revolution
I don't believe in Prince

I just believe in me

eek cool

The truth is Prince is better to me , never bought a beatles record. I only like John Lennon and George Harrison from that band as solo artists. I don't give a turd who is more famous or what impact they had on the sheep. Maybe the none stop coverage and hearing about The Beatles as am living in the UK who broke up in 1970 gets tiresome.

Call me crazy, but I really think he could do something pretty great with Clapton's solo.

I think he actually performed that song at the ROCK 'N' ROLL OF FAME in 2004. Not sure who was being honored....

"Now U can ALL take a bite of my purple rok!"
