The War - who has heard the 45min version?

Curious to find out what the other 19 minutes contains, anyone ever heard it?

Other than those who were there that night, how could we?

This was indeed directed at anyone who was there that night since there would be absolutely no other way in existence to hear this after the fact.

The released version is 26 min, not 21

This is not music, this is a trip
No, it's not a drug, it's something more hip
Don't need no reefer, don't need cocaine
Purple music does the same to my brain

So the question should be "were you there that night", not "anyone ever heard it", which suggests that there might be other opportunities.

This question is asked very often here on the org and over the years there have been several threads like this one. Some org members who were there that night wrote here that the long version wasn´t actually that special, or to be more precise, the parts that were edited weren´t that special and it was basically the same loop playing over and over again, and if I recall correctly there wasn´t much action going on on stage during that loop. So you are not really missing out on anything when you listen to the edited, released version.

From what I remember, the orger Lovemachine was there that night, and a few other orgers, but none of them post here anymore.

I bet after the first 19 minutes it turns into a song like "Mr. Nelson" where you are imagining a high speed car chase or a night out at a dubstep rave event and then the bass drops making it sound like a demo that Skrillex rejected five years ago.

That's what I've read, too. It's also likely that the released version was highly ioverdubbed.

I wonder if the per4mance was filmed, though: it'd be a great document to undig from the vault nod

As far as I know it´s very true to the original, just shortened.

The pecussions at the end must be overdubbed though, no?
