HITNRUN Phase One available on Google Play for 8,49€

... and I'm in Belgium.

I'm going to go check out FNAC Antwerp later today to see if the CDs are available as well.

Let's not pretend these exclusives aren't often windowed. Dr. Dre's "Compton" didn't stay exclusive to Apple Music and Beyonce's album didn't stay exclusive to iTunes. Plus if you remember Prince said at the NABJ gathering at Paisley Park the same week as the album announcement that physical copies and downloads would be available (heck, TIDAL even put the retail release date on the billboard they put up in Times Square). This was always the plan. (Oh, and TIDAL seems to have retained the STREAMING exclusive, nonetheless.)
