Whahaah!

Mr Prince, wo cannot hire a PR team, nor pays his bills on time, can be found behind the PC to day-trade? (he cannot trust a brokerage firm which will suggest him signing a CONtract)

What property do you suggest?

He did not hang on to the Purple Rain house so why should fictitious increases in perceived values of real estatedrive up his value?

The real estate remained the same.

The price went up, so the value of the money went down.

This is just a bunch of assumptions from your part unfortunately some fans end up thinking they know they know stars intimately because they interpret every little thing.

ASSumptions?

Hasn't history taught you plenty about how P does his things?

P does things his way at the lowest possible cost.

This causes issues like unpaid bills, less security, etc.

In this context a dedicated funds manager does not fit.

If we were to go by history, Donald Trump wouldn't be leading as a Republican presidential candidate, Prince would have never been able to do the Musicology tour, it's not always true that history repeats itself and so assumptions such as "it doesn't fit" are just pure speculation unless you have some recent hard facts on his business.

What exactly are you saying here?

Same here.

.

So you deem possible that P has someone that takes care of his fortune on an alomost daily basis.

Is that it?

So we're supposed to believe that website knows something we don't? Go on, please inform us how Prince increased his net worth with $50 million in what, a year? Two years? If you say "touring", prove it. We know it ain't album sales. We know it ain't his back catalogue. We know it ain't streaming.

Once again he is the largest land owner in his county.

So he rents out the land?

Has someone collect the rents?

YAY! Prince has a lot of money. Maybe he'll write even more songs about how much money he has & continue complaining in interviews about how he's not getting paid.

lol

How do you know any of that?? And what are we talking about here: does he own everything straight away or does he have, like, 50 mortgages? Or does Prince own a bunch of commercial properties? 15 Burger Kings like Chris Brown?? Are we talking Roger Troutman and Zapp refurbish-the ghetto?? Is Prince a massive slum-lord? Are there people ringing up Paisley Park wanting to know when he's going to send Kirk and Damon over to replace the water heater?? Where did you get this information? If he is the largest land owner in the county, does that mean he has the Sheriff in his back pocket, like Boss Hogg on The Dukes of Hazzard? I need...well maybe not need, but still... answers.

And what's the tax bill like on an enterprise that's the 'largest land owner' in the county anyway.

Rebeljuice

No one knows Prince's net worth except Prince... and maybe he doesnt really have a good grasp of it either. One thing is for sure though, if he gets whacked by the next financial crisis he can just put it down to an act of god.
