Baltimore promo CD.... real or bootleg?

Anyone seen one of these before? I am sceptical about it's authenticity.

They are not official. The same person selling one of these also was selling a bunch of other fakes like "The War" promo cd (the fake version), and some others. Too bad it isn't real. It looks cool.

Definitely fake. Firstly, I've never seen a case where a promo CD has picture disc. Secondly, it's very rare that CDs have printing on the plastic hub of the disc.
