Pentacle

I've just re-read the lyrics, and ironically I think the song makes a much better case for non-believing than believing. You just have to accept that there are a lot of unanswered questions in life/existence. The 'what if you're wrong?' question comes off as pretty desperate.

The simple-minded friends are then not non-Christians, but just that: superficial people. And let's face it: that's almost everybody except for ourselves.

Y'all need to quit playin. You know that song was good. You guys just trip over the wholesome lyrical content. If he was talking about him wanting to lose his sugar cane in you then yall would be calling it the song of the century. Sure the song was not mindblowing but his version takes the song to a new level.

I don't care about the lyrics, the music is Ok and I like the guitar work. I don't like it because I really don't like Hannah's singing lead, I find her really hard to listen to. She's worse than Jar Jar Binks.

Completly agree. I think I could enjoy the song if it wasn't for Hannah. I don't know which is worse: Hannah on lead vocals or a Tony M rap???

My vote for worse is Hannah.

I was listening to the prince album this morning and I don't feel the need to skip a track when Tony M does his thing. Those tracks would certainly be better without his input but they aren't destroyed because of it.

I do like this track very much! Sound raw and energetic, but in a good way.

I give MAJOR props to Hannah!
God blessed her with the ability to be able to play drums, sing, snd multi-task in support of the very HARD work that goes into becoming a band that CARES about what they do for the people, who come to JOIN them in the FUN.

Singing IS an art and just because Pivorotti ain't particularly your style or Tom Petty, or any artist you don't particularly like the vocals, DOES not mean they aren't like DYLAN.

If you have the Courage to share then AMEN /GROOVE on and share it! You keep singing Hannah because U Rock! Therefore; HE IS!

Comforting lyrics and a decent song. Not deserving of some of the trashing, IMO.
