How do you think Prince's House in Minneapolis compare to other Rich Folks?

Like the one Michael Jordan is trying to sale in suburban Chicago.

I don't guess Prince is that extravagant but then again a Net Worth around $250 mill can buy you a hellava house.

I'm not sure proximity to the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre makes it more exclusive. smile

Not a stupid question at all!

I've been to two of his homes before...

I think Prince lives Modestly for a rockstar in Minneapolis..

Chanhassen is a simple suburban town..

abasolutely modesty aside, you seen the beverly park place...????? he spends his dough on gear etc , PP ..with that said, his modesty is still in very nice areas..bridle path in toronto is the most exclusivbe neighborhood there..also, if you were to believe a particluar jewler, he has a wife beater made of diamonds worth 19 million...lolzz also, glad he doesnt live ostentatious however everyone who has every been to his places say they are very nice setups

I'm from the Twin Cities. I know Chanhassen is a wealthy area. But it's not exactly exclusive in the same sense as celebrity homes as people typically think of them. Moreover, it's decidedly middlebrow and exurban, hence my crack about the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, which is plebeian horseshit at its worst.

He doesn't own a house in Minneapolis.

He lives at Paisley Park when he is in town.

In fact, his turned one of his conference rooms into a bathroom on the second floor.

Now that's a large shitter.

How can we make a comparison unless someone shows us what Prince's current home (not PP) looks like.

Well seem like he must be in town a lot because thats a long time between these hit and run tour dates? So according to you PP could be called his house...?

I have a spare room in my house if he ever feels like staying for a night.

But one night only, no more or I'll have to start changing him rent.

Paisley Park is directly off a major thoroughfare where the speed limit is 55mph and it essentially backs up into an industrial park. I don't that there would be much appeal from a resale perspective

It's kind of like any other rich folk houses except it's filled with purple and the symbol everywhere.

I'm near Michael Jordan's place, and it's similar in that it's surrounded by highways. There are a few other houses on his cul-de-sac, but it's not neighborly. They're kinda the same. But there are celebrities whose houses you could trick or treat at. What is the question again?
What?

Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch house is English Tudor, Prince's Paisley Park Complex is not. shrug

I'm not really sure what other 'Rich Folks' places look like, but the gates keeping people out of Paisley Park seem a bit weak.

If it ever opened up, Graceland style then I'd save up my pennies to visit.

Since Paisley Park is commercial property (and not a residence), it fits in perfectly with its surroundings.

Good point, I suppose it might have resale value as an industrial property.

But Prince actually lives there right? I wonder if the 3rdeye gals do as well. Hopefully Prince isn't breaking any local zoning laws!!!

No one lives there. Prince has enough money for a proper house. He probably spends more time at Paisley Park than his house, but he doesn't live there. He owns over 10 properties in Chanhassen alone.
