Damn, this is a jam. It sounds weird to hear Prince singing it rather than Deborah, but it still slams.

We should be grateful to the pple sharing the snippets for sharing them AT ALL, however I agree that when it comes to a song we already know they are of little use. For songs we don't know at all, at least it has the use to give us an idea of how they sound, but in the end alt. versions of released songs, while still better than nothing, aren't something we'll start listening in lieu of the version(s) we already have.

  1. This is a great find.
  2. Prince on vocals is always better.
  3. 2+ minutes is enough to get the gist of a song, even though we all would like to hear the whole thing.
  4. Sidenote - Loving the unreleased Hurley mixes of Gett Off. Where have those been hiding?

Are you referring to Gett Off remixes or the remixes of Gangsta Glam? If it's Gett Off, I'm sure they're hot cause the Gansta Glam remixes are tough!

Are you referring to Gett Off remixes or the remixes of Gangsta Glam? If it's Gett Off, I'm sure they're hot cause the Gansta Glam remixes are tough!

Definitely Gett Off mixes by Steve Hurley, from an in-house studio cassette I'm told. That 90's sound seems so fresh these days.
