I always loved Ana Stesia, and judging from its prominent place in the Lovesexy tour, I am sure Prince also was proud of this piece of work.

However, I am not aware of any remixes or extended versions of this song. I know there are various live versions around, but I could not find any studio stuff.

Does anybody know whether there were some white label remixes from third parties/DJs, or if Prince had a different or extended mix somewhere?

Not that I know of. I like the intro to Foefur's All Mixed Up which starts off with the Ana Stesia piano intro before mashing up with SOTT.

Not exactly a song that screams Remix. House Mix of Anna Stesia, anyone? Not me. The rehearsal version from the 1989 Japanese Lovesexy Tour was pretty awesome.

Yes, I got that version, that was great. I went to see the show in Hamburg at that time, and the AnnaStesia part was great (as it is on the Dortmund show that was televised/LaserDisc)
