How long have u just listened to nothng but prince and prince related artists? For me....it was a year (maybe a little longer give or take)...i had just started to collect all his albums and nothing was on the radio worth listening to....next thing I know it was like a year later and I was still rocking nothing but prince...the purple haze is addictive

I can totally relate to this! lol Last year I'd say about from Febuary to December of 2014 for me was extremely purple. For the past months I've started to move back to people I also like which includes MJ, from him to Queen, from them to Billy Joel, from him to 2pac.. I've just started to get on Sly & The Family Stone, Parlaiment-Funkedelic and groups like that to hear what influenced Prince. Also getting into Led Zepplin. to try to get more diverse in all sorts of music.. Buti I'd say that since I'm still collecting Prince albums (like I literally just got The Rainbow Children lol), I'd say still a majority of what I listen to is Prince for now. Yes, it's an addiction. All my friends at school don't understand lol razz

No.... I love so many other kinds of music - so many other artists,

Actually its a bit rare that I am listening to Prince...

However last night I was listening to The Rainbow Children,

I haven't heard that album in like 5 years or something...

Cool, but right now its disco hits from the 70s... also very great music... music

I have had periods of sole Prince music such as March - May 2012, before I went to a concert and the first year after I discovered him (1991/92), but I do listen to many other artists and a very wide range of music (Country rock/70s singer songwriters/Hippie/R and B of the 70s and 80s/ Funk/Disco/80s electronica/MJ/Madonna etc).

But Prince still makes up about 33% of all music I listen to and another 10% of Prince satellites (Time/Andre/Vanity 6/Sheila E etc) and soundalikes (Exotic Storm/Ebonee Webb and Georgio).

Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name
