Ok... so I'll be 30 next year and really, really would love to have Prince perform. It will be in Atlanta with a venue that holds roughly 1000 people. Am I high on drugs that I don't remember taking or is this possible? I started a gofundme for friends and family. One of my friends has donated and I would like to invite everyone who does, but realistictly that might not be possible. Two questions: The first I already asked above lol and the second is how should I go about doing this? I'm sure I will have to tier the donations somehow.

Yep, I believe that was the figure quoted in an article a while back. So OP, if you can just get those 1000 people to each contribute just $1000 to your fund you'll bag Prince in no time. Pocket change really

Probably looking at 2 Mil that he charges for Private shows, artists tend to price themselves out of those kinds of things though as generally they dont like doing them, unless they are hard up, and I imagine Prince would be no exception to this.

You'd also have the expense of flying him in a Private Jet along with his crew's travel and accomodation expense, the cost of transporting his gear, various other demands he has. Not to mention some Artist insurance would be required incase of any accidents that doesnt come cheap for someone like Prince.
