Help finding Prince articles? I'm writing an essay on Prince. I'm either going to write about his sexualised image and the active mythologising early in his career, or discuss The Rainbow Children's lyrical themes in terms of race and racism (if I can find something distinct and fathomable in there), or I'm going to do a mix of both and discuss the mythologising throughout his career.
In particular I'm searching for articles, interviews and such on the Dirty Mind/Rainbow Children albums and their respective eras. A lot of people on here know a hella a lot about Prince eras and seem to know/have access to a lot of articles. So, any help would be very much appreaciated!

Try the website Prince in Print (http://princetext.tripod.com) as they have several articles. And, depending on how extensive your article will be, check out Dave Hill's Prince: A Pop Life and C. Liegh McInnis' The Lyrics of Prince: A Literary Look. |

Chapter 2- "The King of Porn Chic" from Touré's book, "I Would Die 4 U" might be a good referrence for the sexual side of Prince. If you don't have it, PM me and I can send photos. Everybody stop on the 1...GOOD GOD! Uhh! |
