I think the assumed titles are 'U and I', 'Revelation', 'The Xcess Space', and the Rita Ora one, 'Aint Gonna Stop'.

So yeah I identified Revelation but i'm in the dark when it comes to the 2 instrumentals played live neutral

I think someone once stated that the 21 seconds snippet was a Blackwell compo and linked a YT per4mance of it, not sure if same track. I'm also not sure whether it may or not be the same track as one of the 2 live jams, and I gotta admit I'm just too lazy to compare them now (the whole NPGQ thing bores me to death so far, and that's from someone who LOVES every past jazz-funk Prince album!!!) lol

Me too, I thought I was pretty boring as well. Sounded more like waiting room or elevator music than something I'd want to listen to on the regular. I do like that PP is producing some diverse music even if I don't neccessairly care for it.

Yeah well I ain't saying like some it should stay in the vault. It's good if it's released even if it's elevator jazz lol But if the 3 tracks we've heard are any indication of what's to expect I ain't gonna get too wet listening to it is all. I'm very surprised to be honest because I totally worship the 1977 instrumental session, The Flesh, 8, 16, both 24 albums, Xpectation and NEWS and I'm also -though to a lesser extent- very fond of Times Squared and C-Note, so I really don't understand WTF is going on with that NPGQ project lol

PrinceVault has it as "U & I". Just a guess, of course, but it's as good as any.

Could it be that Prince is not as involved? I was at Paisley Park when they recorded the material two different times (same night) and Prince only popped out a couple of times and did guitar solos. The songs sounded ok, but nothing to get crazy about, except for Prince playing guitar on them. Who even knows if they are the same songs at this point. Just give me Revelation and I'll be a happy boy! I'm still sticking to Xcess Space until Prince says otherwise.

Okay, thanks! It's "If U & I" actually, for anyone else who decides to go look for it.

Is it me or did John Blackwell look really pissed behind his drum kit during the NPGQ jam?
