I personally don't rate TGE but it's is LOVED on this forum.

Must be a particular thread i read then so i got wrong impression. Myself though i love TGE.

I love "The Gold Experience" album as well. There's quite a few gems on that album that is slept on.

Now, I gotta say, there are a lot of not-so-great Prince tracks that have those sections that are way up on my "favorite bits" list--this one's just okay on the whole, but that ending is fantastic.

Compassion from 20ten dammit! Everyone seems to hate it but it is as catchy as heck.

^^^ Couldn't agree more. I don't understand why it's so unpoular. Musically, it's thrilling as hell. I like the lyrics too!
