Prince showing Jesse Ware some love

Or at least seeing the influence that he has had on her producer (Linn Drum?). Josh and Prince could learn a lot from the production of her music. A great tune with a sexy, soulful and crisp sound. What a voice!

I'm pretty sure that song samples LRC... Sounds like it... Probably why he tweeted it.

I just got into her a few days ago, I love her sound. Her cover of Love Thy Will be Done is beautiful.

Change it one more time..

I think they can. If rich, electronic, contemporary sounds are something Prince would like to explore then he (or more likely Joshua) should listen to the work of Dave Okumu, Julio Bashmore and Dev Hynes. They are probably far better placed in that genre than Joshua.

been listening to "Tough Love" by Jessie Ware all day! Can tell she is very much influenced by the Purple one! The Album is something Prince would have done in the 80's! She's kinda like a Female Miguel, listen to "Champagne Kisses"

I think the drum loop in Jessie Ware's 'Running' is sampled/based on 'The Ballad Of Dorothy Parker'.

Hahaha. This is not the forum for this obviously but I will say (and yes, I'm white btw) I think you're the one in the bubble. I guess its a US thing - so fine - but in the UK we celebrate our similarities and try not to reinforce the differences. That word wouldn't be used here - there is a reason why it had to be disguised, right? I'm just saying - I don't mean any malice.
