thankfully me, I don't have your ears ! You're still not able to explain your inconstancies.

Eggs for what ?

I predicted AOA and PE would be flops, and I will be proved right, and you know it. You know that shit can't sell, except for fans.

I predicted that neither Prince, nor WB won't do anything to promote the albumS, besides some posters on the street, and you know what ? The album is released since 3 days, and I'm still right.

I foresaw these albums would be crap, with the tracklist proposed, and I was right, because objectively, it's the worst non instrumental album released by prince since the beginning of his carreer.

Is your definition of inconsistencies the same as your definition of mathematics? What inconsistencies? That I like AOA and dont like Emancipation? My god, how confusing for you!

Yeah, I get it. You predicted this that and the other and you will be proved right. Well done. Congratulations. Your word is gospel. Now back to real life.

Common, let's talk seriously, without throwing eggs.

This material, the same length as AOA, even a lil bit longer :

JAM OF THE YEAR

HOLY RIVER

JOINT 2 JOINT

MY COMPUTER

FACEDOWN

SOMEBODY S SOMEBODY

MR HAPPY

EMANCIPATION

BALCONY

SLAVE

NEW WORLD

You think it's weaker than AOA ?

[Edited 9/29/14 3:06am]

Yes. I think it's much weaker. Mr. Happy is one of the stinkiest shits he's ever shat. Joint 2 Joint is pointless, formless wankery. Jam of the Year is plastic, dull nonsense. Holy River is boring and sounds like a song Sting left on the cutting room floor. Face Down is embarrassing. Somebody's Somebody is s generic R&B shitshow from the mid-90s. R. Kelly, are you there? I do love Emancipation, Curious Child (not Balcony), Slave, and New World. I like those songs a lot. But that's cool if you like what you like and I like what I like. No need to insult people just because they disagree with you.

Thank you for your cynical, preposterous and pretentious statement. Where do you see everyone putting down Batman and TRC? Lots of love for Diamonds and Pearls and Emancipation as well, though they are less my cup of tea. And that's just it -- just because something doesn't match one's own taste doesn't mean it is without merit or charm for others. Just say you don't like it, in your opinion it's BS and leave the self-satisfied talk down at the door.

Where ? Everywhere on the org. lol, how can TIME can be thought with charm, or merit ?

Actually, Time is being praised as one of the best things on the album, so I guess not everyone likes their music just the way you like yours -- and that's alright. A lot of people think quite a bit of Emancipation is contrived and plastic sounding, but you won't see me fault you for liking it.

Fisrt, I thought everybody here was ironizing.

mr HAPPY is less stinky than, saying, CLOUDS.

JAM OF THE YEAR is maybe plastic (i understand the criticism), but the whole AOA is plastic.

facedown is far less embarassing than ART OFFICIAL CAGE.

SOMEBODY SOMEBODY = r kelly ? LOL I don't like this guy, but at least his first albums rnb were more listenable than the shits on AOA. You can't say seriously the rnb on EMANCIPATION is more plastic, r kelly than on AOA. That is what I call inconstancies, and the songs I quote from Emancipation are not the ones I prefer.

of course you like what you like, etc. I like TLC too, and I won't dare to tell somebody it's great music.

Nobody cares what you like or not, nobody cares what I like too, it's just a sense of objectivity.

I said WAY BACK HOME (and AFF 3) were great songs, but I don't like them.

I predicted from the start these albums were fate tO FLOP. bUT i was hoping to be proved wrong.

sAME thing about charts : it would be funny if the album was a success surprise. Sadly, it can't happen, but that would be great, even if I think these albums are really pure crap.

I never said it was not "plastic sounding" on most tracks. I just made a comparaison between those 2 albums.

It's always safer to be pessimistic and unsatisfied with something as total success is exceptional. The average pessimist is statistically primed for being correct on at least some points 90 percent of the time but it would be mistake to conclude this is due to having some sort of superior acumen. My mom is a chronic fatalist, she thinks most things won't go as planned and of course they often don't. However, the results are often positive on the whole, so she does spend way too much time worrying about potential disasters.

I disagree, Most people here were optimistic about the way things were going to happen. When I said one month ago these albums couldn't be successes by the simple fact it was released the same day, people took me for a nut. They said shits like " it's a great idea to sell the PR reedition biggrin , Wb 's gonna do a lot of promotion, it's better to release PR in november and bla bla bla" when everybody's goal would have to release the PURPLE RAIN reedition when medias gave their attention, in june.

I didn't made a real prediction, of course, I was just looking at the facts.

And now we are 3 days after the release, and some still believe there will be...a movie about AOA ! There is a topic about it here, i 'm not joking. There is not even a video, not airplay, no tv performances, and some believe there would be a movie...
