Bass-Ida (I guess its her), is speaking danish at the beginning of "Art Official Cage"

as a dane that's a HUGE surprise.... to hear her shouting that, I think her accent / dialect is from the city Aarhus in Denmark, rather cool and also funny too.

Translation:

"Ladies and gentlemen, kings and queens and everything in between, welcome to the class, you are about to do something that will change your life forever - open this cage."

Many thx 4 those lyrics guys I'm disappointed that they are not given with the CD unlike PE :/

I'm French and not bilingual you know, so I need those lyrics for understanding what I'm listening

It sounds like he says "Shhh" and "City" at the beginning. So, for all intents and purposes, it sounds like he says "Shitty". Listen to it...
