I still by cd's regularly (yes, I'm old, 51). I also still by real books too. I refuse to get an eReader. It's the thrill of going to the store and actually buying something you can hold in your hand. smile

I still buy physical books...but I felt the way u did. I will not get an eReader.

Then one day..I was in the tub. Out of books to read and twidling MY THUMBS. but my phone was on the turlit. So I grabbed it and looked thru google play at the book samples, intending to read a little free sample somewhere. Saw a new Steve king book released I hadn't read and hadn't the inclination to jump out the tub and go buy either. So I went ahead google play purchased it. Started reading. My opinion immediately changed. It was so easy and convenient. It keeps your page, changes font size, contrast, no reading light needed. I proceded to get a bunch of the free twain novels that are legally available and had me a barrel of laughs eventually.

They're great to be honest. Use your phone and not an eReader though. No need for an extra gadget.

I still buy physical books too. I had an ereader and never used it. With CD's its different though... they're clunky and full of things i may or may not want to listen to at any given moment. For that reason my ipod is glued to me whenever Im out and walking around. I'd have to carry about 15 different CD's (or more) to get all the music I have on my iPod. That just wouldn't make any sense.

Change it one more time..

Depends where you are in the world. In my city there's 3 indie music stores left, 1 of which would carry Prince releases. Plus there's a national chain of hifi store that carries a great selection of CDs and DVDs.

lol This will probably be the first time I only buy the digital version of a new Prince album and dissing the CD. I consider myself done with CD's cuz I never play them anyway, the last CD I bought was RnR EP in 2012

Digital love is the route I'm going. CD's are too much work. I'm not in to P collectables; I'm only in it for the music. Although, I do have some nice colored albums. The Gold Experience along with a maxi remix album (from TGE) both in gold color. Who is the highest bidder?
