If it is true, sounds mainly like an album that is mopping up the rest of the tracks that were released through 3EG over the past couple of years. It seems more like a "Prince does every genre" album rather than specifically horns.

no it wouldnt,,the tracks not that good which is why its on the sideline..also, no one cares about whether u pre order or not
