No idea if the current falling out is related, but as mentioned, the shows her family did for Prince sound like they were pretty spontaneous invites, and she hinted they went without having formal agreements. Once it became more than one show, she didn't want to get strung along. Prince probably didn't want to commit.

Cool. Thanks for your kind response. I guess I get a bit overwhelmed by the cynicism I often find here.

I was at the San Jose show with some of Sheila's family, we went backstage and she had already left. Next day was that tweet about not playing the rest of the tour...something went down. sad beacuse I saw 13 of the 21 shows and everyttime she played...she killed it.
