Afaik the purple one himself (still?) hates when his images are altered with photoshop, he used to ask to have them removed... if I am not wrong...?

Don't you know the story about the pic of "Prince shaking hands with Elvis Presley"...?

Of course the Prince meeting Elvis never happened in real life:

I have the pic on my pc, it's excellent, both are kneeling are reaching out, shaking hands.. but I can't show it to you here, Prince would be mad, it's a "forbidden" picture.

This rather excellent photoshop-pic made Prince mad 4-5 yars ago, there was a series of such actions against the former fansite housequake.com with Prince and his lawyers to demand photoshopped pics taken down immidiately, Prince also asked to have some pic-avatars removed from the site IIRC.

togther with threats of lawsuits, the fansite did close down, I think in -around- 2009.

^ anyway, that was a little lesson what "actions" Prince can do, I am not sure... maybe PS-pics are allowed on prince.org again....... sorry if I was overreacting.
