erm what does lyric changing and not singing songs have to do with money...

300 million might be he worth but it is not all liquid. Not all cash.

The liquid part might be smaller.

Compare your average house price versus the money in your bank account.

So he will not readily (re)publish those. Same with (unknown) vault songs.

So we have money reasons and personal reasons for not doing what the OP wrote.
