Prince not on Warnerbros records site They update their news section regularly, with nothing about the Prince deal and he's not on the roster. Seems that Prince is not a real priority over there

There's been a press release, now that's it, there's nothing else to say yet so what'd they write on their site? Another... vain... thread... on... the... org...

This doesn't mean much, I used to work for Warner music, keeping roster updates on web site was never a priority unless the artist contacted the label or there was an artist dropped, sometimes it's just about having a resource making sure it's updated, sometimes there are bigger plans in store like a separate site that makes something so obvious as a roster update get overlooked. now at universal music it's a super priority to keep the roster updated daily | |

Could it be because Prince has a licensing deal with Warners, and not a record deal? | |
