That version out there from a recent gig with the one verse and chorus is okay, but it sounds more like a piano/band jam. At least we know it's been considered. I think that groove might be a little tricky for a brand new band to get just right. Especially that breakdown before the outro, where it's just the drums and bass. "That's when stars collide. I would like to hear the rock version of the outtake Hard to Get. This song She's Just a Girl on the Block by the Zeros would be a great fit for 3rdeyegirl.
Even though its not a real song, imagine Prince heavy guitar and vocals on this.
