Prince versus the fans:


Some of my questions could be like these:

1. What do you think Prince, himself, thinks about this place... the Org?

I think he cares about the fan's opinions on his (new) music, but he really have to be thick skinned (not too sensitive), to read our opinions recently, right?


2. Do you think Prince regrets his offenssive behaviour - threatening and sueing the previous fansites, like housequake.com, uptown.se, controversy, princefamily newsletter..?

Yes I believe he is actually regretting, Prince himself is missing the opinions from the "more qualified" die hard fans. Those good - with true knowledge - fans has left the "community", long time ago, unfortunately. Like I do, I think Prince i mising a great fansite like hq.com.


3. it seems, Prince has tried to reach out to the (true) fans - in 2013. Unfortunately with not so much luck.

This is of course imho.. I don't know the statistics, but I believe the 3eg site is a failure, after all he isn't selling that much - or - is he selling and earning a lot, like he used to..?


4. the reason for the cancellation of a new album in 2013 (2013 will be big!?), is the fan's negative reactions towards his new songs..?

I think Prince is reading, and he is seeing the troubles, that he is very much out of touch with the real fanbase, right?


5. finally: what is happening with the Kobalt agreement.. can we - after all the troubles between Prince vs his fanbase (over the years) - see a big 2014, with a new album?


I really hope for some interesting, a great new album. Soon.

- if not I will promise, I will be out of here, leaving for good... 2013 has been a disaster, I can't take yet another year with yet more crap music releases.


However, I am still a huge fan, and always will be.. but that is for the Prince albums released by Warner Bros. 1978 to 1995/96.

Delusional is what he must think of a lot of folks on here.. People on the org somehow still beleive that they guide and have made his career. you are but a small slice..plus this place has lost all meaning.. We did that; not him..

I was a bit tired when I created this thread, I admit that.
