Well if, say, there was a new thread every week saying that If I Was Your Girlfriend is the most wonderful song ever written in the Prince forum and another one in General Discussion saying every week that the sea is full of fishes and water and yet another new one in Politics and Religion saying how bad the Chinese government is, it would be just as ridiculous.

This website is 15 years old, with 52 weeks/year that's about 800+ threads with people saying they're not fans anymore and that Prince is not as good as he was. I think "ridiculous" fits when you're the one posting the 801st thread

Well, SuperSoul, I'm in a similar position as you, but I think it's still worth coming here. With an artist with a legacy as rich as Prince's, there'll always be some interesting debate here, for sure. There's so many things to talk about when it comes to a work as rich and diverse as Prince's. And who knows? He may still release a great album still!

They're mostly trying to substitute interesting music with interesting tactics, which is upsetting even the most die-hard and patient fans. In the end though, historians will be analyzing his music long after he is gone. His vault material will be released eventually too.

I find it funny how y’all try to twist people's words. I didn't say that anybody's whole life is miserable because they dislike Prince's work. I said that it seems that because y'all are disappointed by or upset by or unhappy about or made miserable by your disappointment in Prince's work y'all seem to want the rest of us to be. Otherwise, what would be the point of constantly creating threads about how much you are tired of or unpleased by Prince's work? Reading is fundamental playa. Also, if you had really found something else to dig, why would you still be lamenting about something you no longer dig? That doesn't make sense, but clearly by your posts you're not the most rational person. Again, if I've found a new restaurant, or a new woman, or a new artist that moves me, I wouldn't waste time discussing the old restaurant or woman or artist that no longer moves me.
