Songs that changed names (please read further)

Hey chicas and fellas!

Great song....I thought it was called "down"...when did the name change?

Sometimes a bootlegger will give the song a title that he thinks is right. Remember No Light In a Large Room used to be called Welcome 2 the Ratrace. That's what happens when a song leaks unofficially..
THEN I thought: HEY LETS START A NEW GAME here,
Who knows of other songs where 'earlier' another names was given, so to say?
In the same line, or if you will, in the same disc, as Welcome 2 The Ratrace, there was that other song called If U Break My Heart On More Time, then. It never officially surfaced, but it is also known under the name (The) Last Heart, (from it's lyrics, '...it'll be the last heart u ever break,') right?
What daya think, a nice game?
Who can tell another one?
Thanks in advance for the fun!

"Judas Smile" was first released on NPGM as "Judas Kiss" but later changed names on the site.

so that was not mistaken identity through bootlegging but an actual official change after a song

was originally released.

/

more recently "octopus heart" and "menstrual cycle" switched names shortly after they'd been

uploaded onto the 3EG soundcloud.

I wonder if Prince is/was aware of the Del Lords? One of THE best rock bands ever:

I like how Prince will take a single line or phrase and spin it off into an entirely new song. The Joker's line "Ever dance with the Devil in the pale moonlight?" went on to become the song; Gett Off seems to have arisen out of the "Hey, we got the power. Oh, we got the soul. Hey, we got to sho 'nuff get off, make the Devil go go"; Underneath the Cream seems to have spun off from Hot With U, etc. Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic, Power Fantastic are perhaps connected to his relationship to Anna "Fantastic" Garcia, or maybe he named her after the songs lol. These are my own personal theories, and I am not reporting them as truth. He also feels strongly that an album ought to have a song by the same name which not all artists subscribe to, but that's his personality.

"So fierce U look 2night, the brightest star pales 2 Ur sex..."
