Dennis Miller's Brief Prince Encounter Told On the Air Today

Dennis Miller mentioned that during his time at SNL, he ran into Prince backstage w/ 2 beautiful girls looking like showgirls. He said he was just walking backstage and turned his head and saw him standing there dressed in Lavender & the bodyguard says something like "Hey, Prince doesn't want anyone to look at him" Dennis replied "Are you kidding me? This is my place of work, man" He said Prince laughed after that.

One might believe this is all just a running gag "Prince doesn't want you to look at him" I could see Prince holding this joke indefinitely. lol

Thought it was interesting that someone actually responded. That is your brief antecdote for the day. I wonder how many are told on the radio per day that we miss? cool

Oh yea, and for the record Big City sounds like it is going to be a monster record to be played on a stereo. My 2 cents on that teaser. cool

Narcissistic personality disorder

Definition

By Mayo Clinic staff

Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental disorder in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance and a deep need for admiration. Those with narcissistic personality disorder believe that they're superior to others and have little regard for other people's feelings. But behind this mask of ultra-confidence lies a fragile self-esteem, vulnerable to the slightest criticism.

Narcissistic personality disorder is one of several types of personality disorders. Personality disorders are conditions in which people have traits that cause them to feel and behave in socially distressing ways, limiting their ability to function in relationships and in other areas of their life, such as work or school.

I think my sister has a lot of narcissistic trates.

Narcissisim.

What a miserable state of being. Always the victum. Its everybody else. Never willing to take a good look at ones self and personality flaws. Its like you never truly grow up and have a false sense of what why and who you are.

If the same old storey keeps getting played out in your life and relationships then... idea2 maybe you should try a different approach and way of thinking. Could it be YOU? cuz in the end we are all responsible for our own selfs and actions. Not mommy not daddy not husband not wife not people..You. Your the problem.

It does seem like more of a gag or an attempt at seeing how much foolishness people let him get away with. It seem he can appricite when people call him in said foolishness....like finding humor at Dennis's more than appropriate response.

Like ever since my dad was forty, he would make a semi-legitimate attempt at getting a senior citizen discount. Be amused when people told him no and take advantage when they granted it. To have this make more sense, my pops has an obscene amount of grey hair.
