I've never seen a tattoo that made anyone look better. Perhaps Prince feels the same way.

No, that was the same thing as slave on his face. Prince is smart enough to know that tattoos are forever and he changes his mind to much to have any tattoo be relevant to his life for more than a year, tops. Also, the bible says tattoos are a major no-no, though I doubt that influenced his desire to not spray paint what he considers to be the Taj Majal.
