I've been wondering the same thing. HDTracks sells the albums for around $30 a piece, I think, which is pretty pricey for digital-only if you ask me. If they were physical discs, then I might get 'em. https://www.youtube.com/@PurpleKnightsPodcast

You can simply burn DVD-A discs to play the high-res content. Do the i-gadgets cope with the content? Pills and thrills and daffodils will kill... If you don't believe me or don't get it, I don't have time to try to convince you, sorry.

I'm no expert (like some here) and I have been happy with the 3 albums I've purchased. I can hear the difference over the original cds. I think they are worth the money. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

I know an iPod or iPhone will play an Apple Lossless file, but I'm not sure what kind of fidelity the hardware allows. When I listen to music on my compture via my studio headphones, it sounds much better than what my iPhone reproduces, whether it's a lossless file or not. I do have the iPhone 4 however, so perhaps the newer models sound better. "That's when stars collide. When there's space for what u want, and ur heart is open wide."
