Anyone know who the girl is holding Prince's guitar in the Billboard performance during Fixurlifeup?

I think it was Stella Blu (creator of the 3rd Eye Girl painting)?

She is the latest 20-something (the GIRL) being used as a prop to help Prince get attention and keep certain fans here speculating about nothing.

Here's what I know:

A picture has been provided of course by Serpan99 who asks: "So riddle me this...who is that woman holding Prince his guitar during #FIXURLIFEUP?!" to those who even noticed the GIRL was standing on stage as a prop at the Billboard Awards. I guess it's his job to try to make some people want to know "Who's the GIRL!!!" I guess this girl was a knockout. I couldn't really tell in the picture. Having a girl stand there holding a guitar is stupid in my opinion. She must be young. She outdid Andy Allo! Andy did more than just stand there with a guitar in her hand and now she's been voted the next big diva. Is he going to attempt to make a girl who really did just stand there holding a guitar an overnight celebrity? I see you all are interested.

I found it interesting the GIRL was mentioned a few times in the recent Jon Bream's interview with Prince. I found it boring and I guess Jon was bored by 3rdEyeGirl since he mentioned the "girlfriend" and seemed more interested in her than 3rdEyeGirl. Then drfunkenberry felt it was necessary to post about the GIRL on his website. He noted: (Note: the person that John refers to is just a friend of 3rdEyeGirl, and is not a girlfriend) (Note: just pointing out it is just a friend. We don't want to break anyone's heart or thought of playing with someone's curly hair...). I didn't get the last line but I think he means they don't want to give people or anyone specifically thoughts of PRINCE playing in someone's curly hair. So, the GIRL appears to be there to help Prince get attention. He must be going through a serious midlife crisis but it looks like they got you and a few others wondering about "the GIRL" and the "EnigmaGirl". I think those are the girls Prince and his new people are using to distract the fans. I know they don't want the WOMAN who can give people all over the world and Prince fans something important to discuss to share her experience. I'm still waiting for an apology and if I don't get one, I'll wait until Prince is not trying to get promotion for an uncoming release to share my experience because I'm still not willing to participate in the immature and stupid publicity stunts.

could be Julia- his manager at the W2Aus tour, still is his manager/PA or whatever you want to call it- maybe even 'guitar holder' ...hmmm...nah, dunno...hard to tell with the lighting... she was easy on the eyes too

I think the ones who think it's cool are fans/staff trying to help promote Prince. They don't seem to like it when people post the obvious about Prince. One of his most helpful fans suggests musicians/artist, such as fDeluxe to grind hard to promote themselves. This fan recalled the days when myspace started out and many musicians/artists were able to get those they invited as friends to promote their music, with having their friends attach banners to their pages, etc. It's in full force here since this is his fan community. Certain fans just appear to be helping Prince, 3rdEyeGirl, Andy Allo, and now this girl to get their music (and face) out to the masses so they can gain a large following. It seems to be part of their promoting job to hate on the so-called "haters".
