I saw Princess in Los Angeles this past May. It was amazing. Granted, they didn't have The Roots backing them, so I can only imagine it'll be even greater.

Setlist:

Computer Blue Intro

Dirty Mind

When You Were Mine

Sexuality

The Beautiful Ones

Head

Sister

Lady Cab Driver

Darling Nikki [with outro]

Nothing Compares 2 U

Controversy

"Purify Yourself in Lake Minnetonka" sequence from PURPLE RAIN

I Would Die 4 U

Encore:

Purple Rain [with Jon Brion piano solo]

Great to see on Fallon!

They did a pretty good job the guitarist from The Roots sounded alot better then the live version above.

However, the ending was a bit jarred and the girls kinda flubbed up the backward message part but still funny!

Maya who is a huge Prince fan was on Kelly & Michael two days ago promoting her show "Up All Night" & went into how she met Prince & her adoration of him & Prince told her his adoration for her talented mother Minnie Riperton....

eye will ALWAYS think of prince like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. eye mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that prince wasn't of this earth, eye would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. prince

Listening to an audience recording and I must say, they do it quite well and with a smile.

Wished this could be obtained in soundboard. The Roots do justice to the sound.

I guess ?uestlove can understand my need for a soundboard here smile cool

They're back in L.A.-- minus the Roots. But I can vouch for the west coast backing band, they sound sick.
