Has Prince Ever Suffered From Writers Block?

I was trippin' on Lemon Crush recently and the thought came to me; has P ever had writers block? The lyrics "If I'm workin' at my jobba, I'm the victim, you're the robba
No matter how much I try to stoppa Can't help thinkin' about cha Lemon crush, I'm ready for the crush" really can't be considered writers block but maybe he was stumped on words that would rhyme?
Has Prince ever suffered from writers block? Can you think of any other songs with lyrics that were created for the sake of a rhyme?

I doubt it. If he ever did have writer's block, he wouldn't have to admit it. He could just re-record unreleased songs until around 2073, when he's like 115, and they would seem like new songs. Hell, he possibly hasn't written a song in ages, but could just re-write the lyrics a bit to make them contemporary, or throw in some auto tune like he did on MPLSound to make it seem "modern."

Seriously, I don't think he's had serious writer's block. I am not quite fond of his lyrics in the last 10 years or so, but I think most of the songs are so strong, I could care less.

Prince's best gift has been his ability to make the songs sound passionate regardless of the lyrics. He's never been poetic as Bob Dylan, or even Bono. He just makes most of what he sings sound a lot better than it reads anyway.

Considering he hasn't released a CD since 2010, maybe he's suffering from it right now.
